We have all heard about the world’s most consumed hot beverage, coffee, especially in America and England where it is drank on a regular basis. Many people worry about the consumption of coffee because of the various negativity that surrounds it, some people have stated that it is unhealthy especially for the heart because they experience heart palpitations (rapid beating of the heart), nausea or even vomiting when in fact, coffee drank in moderation is actually healthy for the body and protects the heart too.

When the cherries are ripe, they are picked, processed, dried and roasted to a flavour of choice before being grounded and brewed to make coffee.
Despite all the myths that surrounds coffee it is a healthy drink with lots of nutrients and health benefits packed with powerful anti-oxidants that is guaranteed to improve your health along with a good diet and exercise.

It can be found in caffeinated or decaffeinated and is used to make a variety of foods like ice-cream, chocolate, tea and juices. It must be consumed in moderation, especially pregnant women or on other medications as coffee can worsen the symptoms of some diseases like anxiety, so, anything, healthy and unhealthy must be done in moderation.
